In the heart of Emilia-Romagna, between Modena and Reggio Emilia, lies Vitivinicola Fangareggi, a family-owned organic winery and farm where four generations have tended the same vines. White color with greenish veins. Fresh bouquet, predominant the note of apple, with hints of lemon and grapefruit. Pleasantly bitterish, with a fresh taste. Persistent foam and fine long-lasting perlage. The fresh aromas evoke a tropical vacation, in perfect harmony with the flavor, which expresses itself with very persistent fruity notes.
