Fusco is a Galician word for night or darkness, but this wine is the exact opposite. It is bright and fresh. The name is att ributed more so to the color of the wine as Fusco is the first red this producer added to his collection of Albariños.

This is an easy-drinking Mencía from this region with flowery, cherry, strawberry and cranberry aromas, followed by red fruits and peppery flavors with appealing minerality and that ‘pour me more’ finish.
