This is a demi-sweet vermouth made from skin-contact Pinot Grigio with local grape brandy, honey, aromatized with 10 botanicals that include ginger, turmeric, chamomile and bitter roots. Barrel- aged in solera system.
It’s citrus, earthy with a satisfying complexity to enjoy whichever way you want, at whatever time you want. As an aperitif on the rocks with orange peel, in classic cocktails and with a variety of appetizers or charcuterie boards.
