California Stars - Love Me, Love Me Not, White
Distributor’s notes: California Stars was born when the stars aligned with producers we’ve always admired–Shaunt Oungoulian and Diego Roig of Les Lunes–to collaborate on three cuvées together. These are Love me Love me Not (skin contact white), Fool Bloom (light chillable red blend), and Star Crossed (Classic California Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot).
Love Me, Love Me Not is a skin-contact wine made from multiple plots of Chardonnay all vinified separately, then adding the Moscat to bring the rich combination of aromas and flavors of citrus fruits, exotic fruits such as mango, papaya, lychee, baked apple, and a touch of vanilla notes. Clean, refreshing and very well balanced. A wine to love from the first sip.
Pairs with creamy cheeses and anything seafood.
