Casa Belfi - Naturalmente Fizzante Rosso
Notes from winemaker: Grapes are hand harvested and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel vats that are cooled by well water then aged sur lie for 6 months. In spring, the wine is bottled with its remaining residual sugar, and then refermented in the bottle.
Not to mention its beautiful color on the glass, this is fruity with delicious aromas of strawberry and cherry, with some spicy/peppery expression. The palate shows up with a pleasant acidity, balanced tannins, very flavorful and so viciously to drink.
Pair it with charcuterie, pizza ‘with everything on it’, finger food, or just because it will transport you to this region.
