This 100% Garnatxa Blanca is made in the Catalan 'vino brisado' or 'brisat' style that includes fermentation with skins for a few d ays in stainless steel. This wine remains with its lees without stirring for about a year, a wine that is not filtered, and is stabilized by the cold of winter and bottled with no added sulfites.
On the nose, voluptuous points of almond blossom, sunflower, dried chamomile, moss, pear and lemon-mint. The palate has hints of almond marzipan on the midpalate and soft resinous notes on the finish. Pairs so well with white meat, fruit salad and cheddar and soft cheeses.
