Notes from winemaker: For our second go at this blend, we applied two months of whole cluster maceration to all the varietals and then aged everything in neutral French oak for 14 months. The result is a bit more serious and firm as compared to the 2021 Chillable Red. A lovely combination of mushroom and cherry from the Pinot Noir, blood orange from the Pinot Gris, and pepper and dried red fruits from the Grenache Noir.
Give this one a nice chill and it will sing alongside pretty much anything off the grill.
