The vines are incredibly old (90-100 years) so there is high skin-to-pulp ratio. In stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2.
Complex with good intensity and layers of flavors of peach, apricot, lime, a touch of herbal notes and subtle tannins making it approachable to a variety of foods.
