A light-bodied Gamay with a slight hit of flowers and black berries on the nose. The palate is juicy, fresh with red berries, tart cherries, blackcurrant and a touch of earthiness. Well balanced, silky and smooth. ‘Kes Ki Dit’, which can translate to ‘What's he saying?, we say, ‘pour me another glass’. Best to drink a little chilled.
Made by using whole-cluster bunches of Gamay grapes which underwent a semi-carbonic maceration for over a week. After that, the fruit is pressed, fermented and then aged in concrete tanks.
Pair deliciously with charcuterie, creamy cheeses, roasted chicken and burgers.
