The Viti Vini Bibi is a delicious, light to medium-bodied blend of Grenache and Cinsault. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Think of a glou-glou but with a bit more texture, soft tannins, well balanced with aromas and flavors of red berry, cherry, and interesting fresh spices notes. It’s fresh, juicy and very approachable to enjoy on its own or with a variety of foods such as smoked meats, soft cheeses and even pizza. Best to drink a little chilled.
