From a young winemaker, Remi Desmaris, who in 2016 inherited his family domaine naming it after his after his maternal grandfather. This Pinot Noir can be described as young, but with a full, elegant character and Burgundian finesse. On the nose it presents with red and black fruits and subtle hints of earthiness. The palate shows off with smooth texture, bright acidity and distinct flavors of cherry, cranberry, blackcurrant, and some forest floor notes. A great companion at any table.
Pair it with salmon, roasted chicken, pork belly and soft cheeses. Can be enjoyed now but can also aged well.
