Benjamin Taillandier farms biodynamically, 30-year-old vines with Ecocert organic certification. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo cold maceration for several days before spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
This wine ages for six months, and bottles unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur addition. On the nose, is fresh with lots of red fruits and violet aromas. On the palate is light to medium-bodied, with raspberry, cherry and delicious herbal notes. It’s juicy, with soft tannins and bright acidity making it so easy drinking and ready to enjoy in good company. Best a little chilled.
Pair it with charcuterie, BBQ meats, and cheeses.
