Domaine La Bohème Môl is a blend crafted by Patrick Bouju with his partner Justine Loiseau in the village of Glaine-Montaigut in the Auvergne region. Each variety is vinified separately with spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts, then blended before aging in fiberglass and steel tanks, unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.
A chillable red with very expressive notes. On the nose you get floral, with smashed berries and light but inviting spices. The palate is light, lively, dry but refreshing with gentle tannins contributing to a pleasant drinking experience.
Pair it with roasted chicken/turkey, BBQ ribs, aged Gouda cheese.
Region: Auvergne, France
Grape: Carignan, Grenache, Muscat
Vintage: 2021
750 ml
