Domaine Rietsch - 'Tout Blanc'
A blend of equal parts of Riesling and Auxerrois grapes, the latter a very particular grape from the Alsace region. This is a delicious wine, fresh and easy to drink with hints of citrus aromas. On the palate you get some green apple, lemon strokes, and mouthwatering saltiness. Pairs well with sushi, salmon and anything Asian.
