This lively Zinfandel will delight with fresh berries, herbs, and white pepper.
Picked in mid September, this Zinfandel was foot crushed and fermented whole cluster for 5 days. Once pressed, it finished fermentation in stainless steel, then was left to age sur lees for 5 months in neutral oak. In late March, all the barriques of Zinfandel were racked to tank for bottling.
