This Japanese natural wine crafted in Nanyo City, Yamagata, by Grape Republic is juicy, with delicious aromas and flavors of sour cherry strawberry, candy and some light herbal notes, with light tannins . Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, without any additives, including added sulfites and antioxidants. Really crushable. Really drinkable. Really delicious. A summer red that is a ‘must try’.
