The Terroir (total growth environment in French), not only the climate, terrain or soil but also including people who live there and their cultures of each land. This Terroir is a principal concept to produce natural wine in GRAPE REPUBLIC.
All grapes destemmed, fermented and aged in three amphora (12 hours, 12 days and 14 days skin contact), then further aged in amphora for 9 months. Wild yeast fermentation, bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any additives.
This is dry light red with red berries and floral notes on the nose. The palate is light with soft tannins, with a mix of flavors red cherries, pomegranates, red apples and candied grape. It’s juicy and so enjoyable and refreshing. Neo Muscat is a Japanese hybrid grape (Muscat of Alexandria × Koshu Sanjaku). Enjoy chilled.
Pair it with roasted chicken, burger, sweet & sour pork, and nutty cheeses.
