This is a zero Cuvée that is unfined and unfiltered. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, violet, blood orange, rose petal, pink bubble gum and spices. Very refreshing with bright acidity an very savory.

Pair it with BBQ, salads, white meat and fresh cheeses.

Region: Mendocino County, California

Grape: Tinta Roriz, Souzão, Touriga Nacional, and a tiny bit of Sauvignon Blanc.
