From a certified organic, biodynamic, and symbiotic agriculture. Rosarubra is immersed between the sea and the mountains of Abruzzo and lapped by suggestive centuries-old trees, is privileged by a magnificent temperature range favored by an altitude ranging from three hundred to five hundred meters above sea level. This is a territory controlled entirely by nature, in which any interference by man is prevented.
A delicious Pecorino with notes of peach, and apricot, complemented by mineral, herbal, and aromatic touches (thyme and marjoram). The palate is fresh but dry, with well- balanced zesty acidity and with a smooth texture and layers of flavors of citrus (lemon and grapefruit), and of tropical fruit (pineapple or mango). The finish is deliciously pleasant. A very enjoyable wine, subtle and elegant.
Pair it with seafood risotto, grilled vegetables, goat cheese, and of course Pecorino cheese.
Region: Abruzzo, Italy
