Trapi del Bueno - Brut Nature 2019
This is a traditional method sparkling wine, a blend of Riesling and Chardonnay, aged on lees for four years, produced with the earliest harvest and from the freshest blocks in the vineyard, one of the southernmost in Chile.
Delicate, elegant with vibrant aromas and flavors bringing from the terroir the very limits of austral winemaking. It has layers of toast, brioche and cream with a wonderful balance, poise and a lengthy finish revealing the Patagonian cold in its unique aromatic purity and intense freshness, always clean and persistent. A memorable wine.
Great as an aperitif, with salty finger food, shellfish, and creamy cheeses.
