A Field Blend (Gemischter Satz) with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with one part whole cluster pressing and the other on the skins for 12 hours. Followed by 8 months on full lees and 18 months on fine lees -90% stainless steel tank and 10% old oak barrel.
