The mouth is all about dark fruits, black cherry, prune and earthy notes. Light to medium-bodied, vibrant, juicy well integrated tannins and acidity. So easy drinking.
La Morella Dolcetto is produced by Enio Ferretti in Colli Tortonesi, Piedmont, from organically farmed Dolcetto grapes since 1985. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and ages in stainless steel tanks for five months and with no fining or filtration.
Pairs well with cured meats, tomato-based dishes and cheese pizza or all the way.
