Notes from importer: A limited edition wine of no more than 6,000 bottles per vintage from a single Garnacha plot first started in 2016 to learn about the evolution of sulfite-free wines. Over the years, they have learned that gently extracted red wines made this way have more color and structure. Cherry aromas with hints of raspberry and violets. Crunchy tannins on the palate with fresh notes of laurel and licorice.
Pairs well with roasted meets, steaks, lamb and also salmon.
