Les Tètes is focused on bringing fresh and fruity competitively-priced wines that are grown organically and fermented with native yeasts and with only minimal sulfur added. 8-14 day maceration, separate, spontaneous fermentation in concrete with indigenous yeasts, this wine shows off as a light orange color on the glass, with citric and floral notes on the nose. The palate is a mix of flavors of apricot, peach, mandarin, honeycrisp apple & orange rind with delicate tannins, well balance acidity and a mouthwatering finish.
Great as an appetizer, with fresh salads. An easy drinking, delicious summer wine.
