Its nose offers a fascinating bouquet followed by flavors of raspberry, cherry and white pepper. The texture is silky with noble tannins and it finishes with delicious well-balanced acidity coming back showcasing red fruits and light spices. Very fruit friendly. Ready to drink now but able to age.
Winemaking: 15% destemmed grapes macerated for 15 days and refined in French oak barrels (4th passage) for 6 months then refined in bottle for 7 months.
