MADMED was realized with the intention to make natural wine accessible for all folks and for all occasions. Domaine de la Mongestine, and Maxime Gamard, a winemaker with over 25 years of experience. Together they're producing quaffable wines meant for non-spoilage and individual consumption. Practicing organic and there are no additions in the cellar except for 1mg of sulfur at bottling. 8.4oz ie 1.5 glass of canned Natural and super considered wine.

100% destemmed, direct press Grenache with maceration of destemmed Vermentino. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aged unfined, unfiltered.

Expect lovely aromas of citrus peel, pomegranate, cranberry with a bit of herbal breeze. On the mouse, subtle salinity with zippy acidity, and vibrant notes of red berries and citrus zest. The finish is clean and delicious. A southeastern France summer experience in a 1 Liter bottle that will disappear quickly.

Pair it with pesto pasta, prosciutto-wrapped melon, goat cheese, or just on its own watching the sunset.
