Marco Barba is the name and face behind this project out of the Veneto region in Northern Italy. Marcobarba is a project born by an idea of Marco and Stefano, realized and carried on by the “Barbaboyz” in Menti Winery in Gambellara.
This is a very fun and tasty Pét-Nat blend with some floral notes and refreshing flavors of white peach, ripe pear, golden apple, lemon zest with a clean, saulty finish and playfull bubbles that keep wanting more.
Goes really well as an aperitif, with seafood, chicken risotto, white pizza and fresh salads.
