This wine comes from an old vineyard of four hectares in the middle of forests, about 12 kilometers from the sea, planted in 1910 in Paredones. Today it is owned by Fernando Parraguez, who cares for these hectares as if they were a garden, and in that garden, there is Black Muscat, Semillón, Pais and even Riesling. All four varietals are co-fermented in steel and then bottled, resulting in a light body, deliciously fresh aromas, crisp acidity and pure red fruit flavors in an irresistible wine.
Enjoy it as an aperitif or pair it with light cheeses, salads, BBQ, either way one bottle might not be enough.
