A beautiful rosé from ancient vineyards, some of which are 100-200 years old, ungrafted, pre-phylloxera vines, grown with no chemicals. This is a fun and very naturally fresh wine, with floral and red fruit notes, and some earthy, gaminess on the palate. Beautifully balanced and delicious to drink all year- round by itself or with food such as seafood, salad or light charcuterie.
