From winemaker: The concept of "Wild" at Wildmakers comes from the expression of the wild, the natural aspects of life that we want to reflect in the wines we make. As winemakers and viticulturists, our goal is to unleash the potential of the soil through the vines and help nature create wines that are pure, fascinating, delicious, and unique in their expression.
From vineyards that are over 40 years old and are managed using traditional methods. This means soil management with horses and no pesticides, this is a rosé made from Cinsault and a small percentage of Muscat of Alexandria, fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Its color is a beautiful pale pink, expressing pure fresh floral and red fruity aromas. Light, refreshing, with cherry, raspberry and hints of spicy notes capturing its remarkable liveliness.
A perfect companion to a relaxing evening by itself or with light appetizers.
