Produced from the best plots of Armenian indigenous variety Areni, Amernia’s leading red grape. Perfectly ripe, hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel and sees a long maceration (almost 40 days) extracting a lot of color and aroma. Approximately 30% of wine matures in barrels for a period of 15-18 months.
This wine is highly aromatic, exudes notes of cherry with savory notes of cedar. The palate is textured and concentrated with deep notes of berries and spice. A truly authentic and rare wine in the world of wines.
Its name is from the biblical Noah, who is believed to have planted the first wine grapes in this corner of the world centuries ago.
