A very flavorful rosé, made by Noëlla Morantin from Gamay and Côt (the latter is the traditional French name for Merlot). This is an elegant wine with deeper pink color on the glass showcasing aromas of bright red fruits, strawberry, raspberry, complemented by a bright, pleasant acidity following with flavours of red fruits, a noticeable slight sweetness and mineral finish.
The logo featured on all of Noëlla's labels comes from the metallic art on the top of the well where she lives.
Pair it with grilled salmon and veggies, fruit-based salads, creamy cheeses or delicious as an aperitif.
