Notre Terre Vin de France - Orange
Notes from winemaker: "Notre Terre" is a Mediterranean wine, to be consumed like food. To develop this cuvée, we cultivate our plots with the greatest respect, without synthetic products. – Brunnhilde Claux.
Brunnhilde began her project with the idea that ‘our land’ – Notre Terre – should be the most important factor in winemaking, making a big emphasis on whole bunches and concrete vats, with little to no intervention during a short élévage.
Made from a field blend of multiple white varieties, among them Muscat, Marsanne, Grenache Gris, and Terret Gris; this skin-contact is distinct, delicious and a crowd pleaser.
Aromas of stone fruits and spice, fresh and crisp, with good acidity and texture. Flavours of ripe pear, mandarin-orange, mango, lemon, with some notes of chamomile, and almonds that will get you wondering what more.
Pair it with Asian dishes, seafood and soft, creamy cheeses.
Region: Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Grape: Muscat, Marsanne, Grenache Gris, Terret Gris, and others.
Vintage: 2024
750 ml
