Brunnhilde began her project with the idea that ‘our land’ – Notre Terre – should be the most important factor in winemaking, making a big emphasis on whole bunches and concrete vats, with little to no intervention during a short élévage.
This Grenache is another incredible wine from this producer. It’s light, with delicate tannins, delightful texture. Aromas of red fruits, lightly smokey. On the mouth it’s juicy with red berries, and subtle herbaceous, peppery notes. A versatile wine that goes well with a variety of food, cheese board or by itself slightly chilled.
