Partida Creus - VN Vinel.Lo Blanco
Distributor’s notes: A field blend of organically grown Garnatxa Blanca, Macabeo, Moscatell, Vinyater, Xarello, Parsé, Parellada from calcareous clay soils in the Baix Penedès. All grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed with 1-3 day maceration on skins, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and aged for 2 months longer in stainless. Bottled without fining, filtering, and of course zero S02. Fresh, crisp and light-bodied still (non-sparkling) white wine.
A mix of flavors of white fruit, green apple, mango, white peach and honeysuckle. Light, crispy, so fresh and salty, with an energizing acidity that takes over your palate.
Pair it with sushi, grilled fish, goat cheese and pastas with creamy sauce.
