Roselana is more of a darker Rose made of a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Syrah spending some time on their skins before fermentation takes place separately, blending them later to age in both concrete and neutral oak creating a very structured, dry, crisp and fresh rosé.
Expect notes of cherry pie, black raspberry, plum and a splash of dried herbs. A rosé for any occasion and any time of the year.
Pair ir with pork tenderloin, BBQ wings, grilled salmon and creamy cheeses.
