This blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Syrah is all about cherry, raspberry, dried herbs and soft earthy notes. The mouth shows up medium-bodied, with soft tannins, lots of red fruits and a lively enough acidity making it ask for another glass.
Pair it with roasted meats, tomato-based pasta, aged Gouda cheese.
