A red Italian blend that includes some native grapes of the Venetian regions, Groppello, Negrara from organic & biodynamic farming. Hand-harvested, fermented in concrete, aged in oak and cherry barrels, not clarified, filtered with no added sulphur.
This wine is intense, complex and so delicious. The nose is spicy with violet notes. The palate offers a crisp texture with some strawberry jam taste, along spicy notes, followed by a lively acidity with smooth tannins leading to a delightful, well balanced finish.
Pair it with cured-meats and cheese charcuterie board, roasted meats and pasta.
