Harvest by hand late August, the grapes, planted in 2006 with spurred cord formation are softly pressed and the juice, after one day of decantation, goes in a steel vat were it stays for the alcoholic fermentation without the use of added yeast or temperature control. The wine will stay until spring in steel vat, where also the malolactic fermentation will be made.
A delicious Tuscan Rosé with alcohol content under 12%, lively, fresh, a perfect summer wine. Aromas of fresh flowers with a hint of citrus fruits. The mouse is vibrant, with crisp acidity accompanied by notes of strawberries, raspberries, sour cherry, and earthy undertones. The finish is dry, clean and slightly spicy.
Pairs well with prosciutto-wrapped melon, fresh salads with cured meats and mozzarella cheese.
Region: Tuscany, Italy
Grape: 100% Sangiovese
