Turi, is Salvatore’s name in Sicilian. It is produced in the famous Contrada Buonivini, near Pachino, in the southeastern corner of Sicily well known for Nero d'Avola. Salvatore Marino is a fifth generation winemaker starting his small winery in 2017.

A young, fresh and delicious take of this Sicilian grape that will be the talk at the table. It opens up with herbal and lots of reds fruits on the nose. The palate is fresh, vibrant with sour cherry, red plum, a slight chilly pepper note and light tannins. Best to serve slightly chilled.

Pair it with roasted red or white meat, burgers, pasta and pizza.
