A lovely white blend (70% Weissburgunder, 30% Chardonnay) from brothers Gabriel and Simon Scheuermann making wines since a very young age when they took over their parents’ vineyard, converting it to biodynamic practices in 2012.
This wine is medium-bodied with well balanced crisp acidity. Spicy and citrus fruit aromas will surprise your senses, followed by flavors of green apple, grapefruit, orange peel with some tropical fruits (passion fruit, papaya) and nutty undertones. A German style of white that is more lively, easy drinking and ready to please a crowd.
Pairs well with seafood, creamy pastas, white pizza, and light, soft cheeses.
