A unique blend of Alsatian varietals from Oregon and Washington, fermented with extended skin contact to develop texture, aromatics, and subtle complexity.
Winemakers notes: Our new vintage of Zuul has aromas of rose petals, blood orange, and papaya and a medium-bodied palate with fresh acidity. This wine is always easily crushable on its own but we like to enjoy with dishes that have bigger and bolder flavors like Yukgaejang, Channa masala, and papaya salad.
We say it’s ‘a delicious wine all year-round’.
Region: Willamette Valley, Oregon
Grape: 50% Gewurztraminer, 50% Pinot Gris
Vintage: 2025
