Bodega Cauzón - Cauzón Rosado
Organically grown Pinot Noir and red Garnacha at high elevation in the Sierra Nevada mountains, on alluvial soils. Hand harvested, direct pressed, to get just a touch of pink/fuchsia hue. Around 6 months aging in stainless tanks, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2. Very limited, and very delicious.
Drink it as an aperitif or pair it with salmon, salads or cheese. This Rosé blend is crisp, refreshing, offering aromas of red berries with mouthwatering notes of strawberry, subtle spices and a sweet-tart delicious finish.
