Pinot Noir Clone 667 is a renowned Dijon clone originating from Burgundy, France, but also planted in Oregon and known for producing wines with deep color and intense dark fruit notes.
Winemaker’s notes: We treated it like every Pinot we make: 45 days whole-cluster on the skins, native yeast, foot-plunged twice daily, then eighteen months sleeping in neutral French oak so the wine does its own work. Minimal sulfur. No fining. No filtration. Single-vineyard, single-clone, single-bottling. Don't overthink it.
Medium ruby with bright clarity. Red cherry, raspberry, subtle spice, and earthy undertones on the nose. Silky texture, vibrant acidity, soft tannins, with strawberry, cranberry, and a hint of forest floor on the palate.
Elegant and refined and incredibly delicious. Limited production.
Pair it with roasted chicken, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, lightly spiced pork. Serve slightly chilled (55–60°F).
