Minimum intervention with total respect to the environment and the raw material from the origin and during all the phases of elaboration in the winery. The winery is located in Tubilla del Lago, Burgos, at the highest northern latitude in the Ribera del Duero region. Vineyards in two of the highest areas of Ribera del Duero, all above 900 m. Trellis vineyards with native Ribera del Duero clones and small goblet vineyards over 100 years old.
Bright violet color with a medium-high layer. In the nose you can breathe red fruits with aromas of violets and other white flowers; a touch of spices and a frank mineral, with a vibrant mouth for its balanced acidity and freshness. Good structure in the mouth with tasty fruit and spicy nuances that leave a soft memory. Delicious with tapas, pasta, veggies, and fatty fish.
