Les Vignerons D'Estezagues - Taparas Côtes du Rhône Blanc

$27.00

Les Vignerons D'Estezagues believe in respectful farming and practice no additives in the cellar, meaning no commercial yeast, no enzymes, no gum arabic, no acidifiers, and also almost no sulfur. “We use a minimal amount of SO2 at bottling ... says winemaker.

Limestone, clay soil, aged 7 months in concrete, this wine is easy drinking but will keep the people you share it excited. It opens up with aromas of white flowers, mandarin, orange blossom. The palate is round and smooth, with layers of flavours of honey, apricots, lemon peel, green apple, pineapple and peach. A wine that is dry but with a creamy mouthfeel and its mineral note gives it a lovely finish.

Pairs well with scallops, Asian dishes, roasted chicken, and creamy cheeses.
